First Responder Sports Hub is built on the trust and respect first responders show each other every day. Every member agrees to:
Respect
- Treat other members, their families, hosts and venue staff with courtesy and respect.
- No harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats or offensive behaviour, online or in person.
Privacy and confidentiality
- Do not share other members' names, photos, agencies or details outside the platform without their permission.
- Do not discuss operational or confidential work matters in activity descriptions, reviews or chats.
- Do not screenshot or publish member information.
Safety and fair play
- Play safely and within your ability. Follow the rules of the sport and the venue.
- Do not take part under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Look after children and family members you bring along.
Honesty
- Only join activities you intend to attend, and leave them if your plans change so someone else can take your spot.
- Write honest, fair reviews based on your own experience. No fake reviews, and no personal or health information about other people.
- Keep enquiries to venues genuine and polite, and only report listing information you believe is wrong.
- Only redeem benefits you are eligible for.
Breaches
We may remove content, hide reviews or posts, remove you from activities, or suspend or close the account of anyone who breaches this code. Report concerns through Support.
