This policy explains how First Responder Sports Hub uses cookies and similar technologies such as your browser's local storage.
Strictly necessary (always on)
These keep you signed in, remember your cookie choices, remember where to return you after signing in, and keep the site secure. The site cannot work without them.
Performance (only if you allow them)
If you accept Performance cookies, we record how the site is used: searches, filters, venue views, booking-link clicks and saves. These records never include your name, email, phone number or messages. We use them in aggregated reports, and claimed venues see only aggregated figures for their own venue, with any figure below 3 hidden. Booking-link clicks are also used to show you a "Did you make it to [venue]?" review prompt a few days later. If you don't accept Performance cookies, nothing is recorded.
Targeting
We do not currently use any targeting or advertising cookies. If we ever do, they would only be used if you allow them.
Functionality
We do not currently use any optional functionality cookies. If we ever do, they would only be used if you allow them.
Changing your choices
You can change your choices at any time using Cookie Preferences in the footer or the cookie button in the corner of the screen. Turning Performance off stops new usage records straight away. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings.
