Venue Partner Terms

These terms apply to venues that apply to be listed on First Responder Sports Hub. They are a starting draft; please review with your adviser.
Who can apply
- You must be authorised to list the venue and to make offers on its behalf.
- The information you give must be accurate and kept up to date.
Review and listing
- Every application is reviewed by our team. We may approve, ask for changes or decline an application.
- Once approved, your listing is visible to verified members only. Our team manages the listing; contact us to make changes.
- Your contact person, email and phone are used by our team only and are never shown on the member listing.
Offers
- Offers you list for first responders must be honoured as described, including any conditions and expiry dates.
- Tell us promptly if an offer changes or ends.
Photos and content
- You confirm you have the right to share any photos and text you submit, and you allow us to display them to members.
- Photos stay private until your venue is approved.
Ending a listing
- Either party can end a listing at any time by contacting the other. We may remove a listing that breaches these terms.
